Has a lot of potential

The app is easy to use and nicely layout but has a few bugs that hopefully will be fix (eg. Phone number should show dash between numbers).

I really hope the developer can add more professional and rich looking templates for the layout. This one look a bit dated and boring ;)

I will come back to give my full 5 star review if they fix this.
