Bad update

I have been using the product for years and normally it worked perfectly. After this latest upgrade when I first went in I noticed that my resume was missing. I tried sending a note to support but they failed to respond. I then tried creating the resume again but every time I added a new job the prior entries were getting corrupted with information from the new entry. This makes this product totally unusable. There also needs to be a better way to backup the files you create so you can reimport them if necessary.
