Pocket Resume - The Original CV Builder App Reviews

App did not work for me. It crashes when I hit Preview and send resume. I am very frustrated and am awaiting a response from support.

I love the simplicity of this app and yet it has the required amount of detail to make it look professional. The ability to write your cover letter as well is great. Nice options to change the look with different styles and colors.

Since upgrade it just kicks out right away . Can not do anything ......please fix

OMG its wonderful!! Just got it and thought Id give it a try, so I put my name address ect and then took a look at it and wow, was very impressed! Took me about 30 seconds. It would have taken me 30 min to do that with a word processor. Love it, nice work. Looking forward to some updates! Have had it now for a year and it gets better and better!! Applied for a new job last year in Oct/12 and the person who interviewed me comment on how nice my résumé looked. GET THIS APP!! PS...I got the job!!

This is a fantastic app. It allows you to build a template that can be changed when needed. This app can save you a million years.

Buggy formatting, hours spent choosing words for resume and cover letter, only to have them lost or reverted to a previous edit. Waste of time and money.

The dates for my work experience dont save, and my resume comes out with my work experience randomly assorted, all with "(null)" dates attached to them. Pease fix this.

Good programm, but only English users ;) Please, add Russian language ;)

After changing my former iPhone3S for the newest iPhone4 I was very decieved to learn that all my CV data, so painstakingly printed in the not very hospitable icons of the application, all these labours are lost: they were not transferred in any way neither on my Mac, nor on my PC! Thus, what do you expect I should do? No self-abuse anymore with this "Resume". I erase it, alas, and my $3, too. The CVs are to be storaged only in the iPhone Notes.

It would be useful if it didnt crash every few minutes and delete whatever section youre working on completely. Serious problem that needs to be fixed.

As a previous reviewer noted, the app crashes often and deletes the section you were working on. If it wasnt for that, I would give it five stars, but until that issue is fixed I will not update this review

Got totally stocked. Unable to the app

The ms word view not working when I try to change the format on iOS8 to send emails

I had about 5-6 different resumes saved on here, ranging from customer service, sales, business management,....all gone when they released iO7. Dont waist your time, you will regret it.

Do not be fooled by what appears to be a high rating for this app. It is a waste of time and money. It does not save your information and the developers do not respond to their help emails. Very disappointed.

This is a gem of an app. What did we do before this. Your resume at your fingertips to change at a split second to target a new job description. Bravo!

Its very user friendly. I have used other products but this one is by far the best.
